Between 2021 and 2022 the management of Fiocchi Group has been the protagonist of a challenging managerial training course coordinated by PRAXI and meant to develop new skills consistently with the Leadership Model adopted by the company to support the Group’s development strategy.

The project has involved a total of 40 employees of Fiocchi Munizioni and Baschieri & Pellagri to promote interfunctional cooperation, accountability, team management, and leadership. 

On Saturday the 15th of October, in the wonderful setting of Trap Concaverde, the Celebration Day took place at the end of this important journey. 

An intense day, full of emotions; a chance to present and share the developed project on the one hand, and to increase the knowledge, the cooperation of teams and above all their integration on the other hand.

Guest star, Giovanni Pellielo, who took part in the event not only as a representative of our sport #shotgun, but also as an example of an athlete that has been able to maintain his leadership through the years, thanks to his passion and constant commitment. 

Thanks to all those that have contributed to the realization of this journey, but especially to OURSELVES, everyday animated by passion and committed to achieve the goal of contributing to the growth of our great Group.
