The 2018 ISSF World Cup Series closed in Tucson (USA), where the fourth stage dedicated to clay shooting closed a circle that opened last March in Guadalajara (MEX), then stopping in Changwon (KOR) and Siggiewi (MLT). The two silvers bagged in the Trap Mixed Team event by France’s Melanie Couzy and Sebastien Guerrero — along with the bronze won by Couzy in the women’s Trap — are the last medals added to Fiocchi Munizioni’s seasonal tally. In total, Fiocchi’s medal count reached 17 medals, divided in five golds, five silvers and seven bronzes. “It’s an extraordinary season — said Marzio Maccacaro, Commercial Director of the company — We’re proud to partner these fantastic shooters, as they chose us to shoot, perform and win.” The spotlight of the international shooting sport scene now moves to the two big competitions remaining: the European Championship, taking place in Leobersdorf (AUT) from July 30th to August 13th; and the ISSF World Championship, scheduled in Changwon from August 31st to September 15th.
