After the triumph recorded at the Shotgun World Championship in Lonato del Garda, Italy, Fiocchi Team kept on winning at the Junior World Cup held in Suhl, Germany, between the 12th and the 20th of July. Fiocchi’s young champions claimed three medals: two in the junior men’s Trap event, and one in the junior Trap mixed team event. At the junior men’s Trap competition, it was Fiocchi’s Lorenzo Ferrari who dominated the final match, grabbing gold, and confirming once again his excellent shape during this season. His teammate Matteo D’Ambrosi - an up and coming member of the Italian representative and of the Fiocchi Team - also climbed onto the podium, claiming the bronze medal. On the following day, Italy’s Sofia Littamè and Lorenzo Ferrari won Fiocchi the silver medal in the junior Trap mixed team event, the new shooting discipline due to debut at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. “Congratulations to all our athletes - said President Stefano Fiocchi - we are proud to contribute to the developement of these young shooters, that represent the future of our sport and of this movement”.
