All is ready, the 2019 Fiocchi Day is about to kick-off! Following a long tradition, the 2019 edition of the classic clay shooting tournament organized by Fiocchi Munizioni will start on the third weekend of May. 54 shooting ranges all over Italy will host the qualification rounds, that select the athletes who will advance to the final phases of the tournament. The event will be conducted on the shooting ranges of Carisio, S. Giovanni, Pecetto, Racconigi, Cieli Aperti, Concaverde, Belvedere, San Fruttoso, Arluno, Academia Lombarda, Ponso, Vecio Piave, S. Lucia di Piave, Stand Borgo, Laterina, Pisa, Montecatini, San Marino, Molinella, Conselice, Casalecchio, Crevalcore, Po’, Marmore, Umbriaverde, Foligno, Cavallerizza, Trasimeno, Roma, Montopoli, Viterbum, Velletri, S. Uberto, Acquaviva, Campomarino, Campiglia, Fano, Castellano, Castelfidardo, Falco, Raimondo, La Cicogna, Jonico Salentino, Spinella, Sandonaci, Fasano Gioiese, La Silva, C&P Foti, La Tranquilla, Marsala, San Demetri, Torretta, Sardara, Settimo San Pietro. The competitions will take place on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of May, when several thousands of shooters will walk into the shooting stands to gain a spot ion the finals, to be held between the 7th and the 9th of June on three ranges at the same time: Concaverde, Umbriaverde e Gioiese. The grand finale of the tournament will then be held at the end of August, at the TAV Umbriaverde Shooting Club in Massa Martana (Perugia), where the “Master Fiocchi” will take place on Saturday the 24th and Sunday the 25th of August. N.B. La Torre Shooting range (Tuscany) and ZAINO Shooting range (Campagnia) are unable to host the qualifying stages, scheduled on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May. Find more information here.
