Östersund, Hochfilzen, Le Grand Bornand. Three cities, four Italian triumphs that lit up the biathlon winter: Wierer, Vittozzi, Giacomel.

Dorothea Wierer kicked things off in Sweden with gold in the 15 km individual. A legendary performance that launched the Italian charge.

In Austria, Tommaso Giacomel and Lisa Vittozzi reinforced the Italian strength: victory in the Sprint for Giacomel and triumph in the Pursuit for the Sappada champion.

Lisa Vittozzi completed the triptych with gold in the Pursuit at Le Grand Bornand, driving an Italy that won't stop.

At Le Grand Bornand in France, Tommaso Giacomel confirmed his excellent form, securing his second seasonal victory in the Mass Start.

The shower of Italian medals doesn't stop at gold: Wierer claimed two bronzes at Le Grand Bornand in the Sprint and Pursuit, while Giacomel added a silver in the Pursuit at Hochfilzen.

The action resumes today with three unmissable appointments: Oberhof, Ruhpolding and Nové Město will be the stage for the next challenges across Germany and the Czech Republic.
